ROAR’s mission is to bring hope, help, and resources to those touched by addiction. By bringing the community, local support groups, and state resources together to fight this disease, we can use our voice and ROAR as one to advocate for real change.

Only through sharing our sorrows, our triumphs, and our struggles can we begin to truly be one voice.

Only through speaking openly and honestly about substance abuse, taking action in our communities, and encouraging addicts to seek help will policymakers start to hear us ROAR. The disease may be the enemy, but we cannot be part of the revolution of change if we stay silent. We must use our voice to be the change we want to see in the world.
